To request a design first, use the inquiry form below, email us or contact Pejipu on WhatsApp. Nothing goes to production until your design is approved, payment is confirmed, and Carlos manually submits your order.

Once you approve the design, pay for your chosen size through Pejipu’s checkout.

Production & delivery

After approval and confirmed payment, Carlos manually submits your design for printing and shipping.

A little care makes a better puzzle.

Send the original photo whenever possible. Keep faces and important details away from the edges, as your photo may need cropping to fit. Tell us your own idea; our sample images are inspiration, not fixed designs. Personalized artwork is included, and using your original photo without a transformation is also an option.

Personalized puzzles are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please contact Pejipu about damage or an incorrect order; applicable rights are preserved.
